The bottom-line is
Digitization with all its new tools and capabilities has not reduced but increased our workload. And modern work life is more and more demanding and tiring to most people. But why is this? And can we do something about it?
Reasons for not being as productive as we could be differ from person to person:
- Too much disturbance and neither space nor time to focus
- Lack of organization and planning
- No objectives which makes it hard to prioritize
- Doing the wrong things at the wrong time
- Not saying NO to unimportant tasks
- Unawareness of smart technological tools and processes to improve productivity and how to use them to their full potential
But the good news is: If they are motivated to do so, everybody can quite easily improve her or his work productivity – no matter how effective or ineffective they might be. And thus become more effective, successful and even happier. Because if you do the things you need to do more effectively, this will eventually free up time to allow you to do more of the things that really matter to you.
Our productivity training/coaching takes the participants on a fun and relevant journey along the most important productivity drivers at work and in our private lives. This will allow everyone to reflect on his/her own behaviors and where they want to change and improve what. Along the way, we will show many different best practices, new tools and relevant tips & tricks with an important focus on technology. Like in a restaurant menu, each participant choses himself/herself what they like and what will help them to become more productive.
Of course, this is just an overview of possible topics. Again it is your needs which will define the content and the setup of the training.
